After our home was destroyed by the East Troublesome Creek Fire on October 21, 2020, our family needed professional help to remove debris and clean the site down to bare ground in preparation for rebuilding. We wanted it done before winter and with minimal emotional pain. HRS did that job superbly. They had personal involvement from five individuals including their marketeer (Donna), HRS Vice President (Tim), President of Haselden Construction (Byron), Equipment Operators (Greg & Blaise). Everyone contributed. They showed up on time with good equipment and finished the job with efficiency and attention to detail. Our demolition was more difficult than normal. The home was intended to be a family legacy that would stand for decades, so the concrete walls and floors were heavily reinforced by the owners/builders/engineers. Despite this, Greg combined the right amount of brute force and delicate finesse. That approach meant that the damaged concrete could be removed while the existing foundations were carefully preserved for re-use in our new home. My observation was that Greg could almost do dental work with his hydraulic excavator. We highly recommend HRS Disaster Restoration. Elizabeth & Will

HRS received a call this weekend from homeowners Elizabeth and Will regarding a broken supply line in their 2nd story bathroom. Derek Malinowski was HRS’ responding technician and was on site within one hour of the request.

Elizabeth made it a point to call and sing Derek’s praises: Elizabeth stated “Derek was quiet, so as not to disturb her husband who was resting and was extremely polite/respectful.  She said she will always use HRS because of the way he presented himself and HRS.”

I am a homeowner and last summer, I experienced water damage due to a roof leak which involved a significant insurance claim. I needed a reliable contractor to handle the replacement of maple wood floors throughout the house as well as other repairs and my insurance advisor recommended HRS Restoration Services. That was the start of a fantastic relationship. From our first meeting in October, 2020, until our final invoice in February 2021, the HRS crew did an excellent job in completing the scope of work for the insurance restoration project. The HRS team worked tirelessly and professionally to finish a major project, working through winter conditions, three holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year), not to mention a pandemic.  Despite all of these obstacles, they performed on time and on budget.

The crew worked seamlessly together, going above and beyond when necessary to make sure that every item was delivered to my satisfaction.  It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional and reliable group of individuals.
